Abstract
Considers how French intellectual Paul Ricoeur (1913-2005) interpreted the relationship between time and narrative in his philosophy of history. The author analyzes Ricoeur's views on aspects of structural and logical atemporalities, associated with the 'Annales' school, in relation to narrative history.
