Abstract
There is no Aristotelian rhetoric of historiography, but see Aristotle's discussion of forensic rhetoric, of which the rhetoric of historiography has sometimes been considered a branch. The emphasis is on persuasion rather than on what actually happened. See #Kessler, "Das rhetorische Modell."
