Jie gou yu lishi: Delida sixiang dui lishixue de keneng xiaoying

Abstract
Contemporary French philosopher Jacques Derrida has tried to deconstruct the Western metaphysical tradition by using his grammatology, which also has great significance for the philosophy of history. Although Derrida did not expound his ideas on the philosophy of history, his grammatology has deconstructed the various factors - such as language, fact, time, text, world, and history - of traditional Western historical epistemology. This article deals with what the possible deconstruction contained in Derrida's ideas may do to traditional historical epistemology, text narration, and worldview with respect to the six above-mentioned aspects. In addition, it attempts to understand the situation of traditional historiography in a postmodern context and from a Derridean perspective.
