I received my PhD in History from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo in 2017 and since that year I have been working in Instituto Federal do Espírito Santo as professor of History. I am a member of Laboratório de Teoria da História e História da Historiografia (LETHIS), and have published mainly on the history of German historiography and specifically on Friedrich Meinecke, on the crisis of historicism and on the history of ideas. I have been awarded DAAD (2012) and Viadrina International Program for Graduates fellowships (2017). My primary research interests are in the fields of History of Historiography, Transnational and Global History.
