Jayne Svenungsson is Professor of Systematic Theology at Lund University. She is currently involved in the research project Time, Memory and Representation: A Multidisciplinary Program on Transformations in Historical Consciousness (see further: www.histcon.se) and has published extensively on political messianism in relation to Levinas, Derrida and Agamben (among others).
