Biography and/or project
I am a historian of ideas interested in the history of modern Europe, with specialisms in the history and historiography of the Holocaust, genocide studies, the politics of memory, the history of race theory, anthropology and eugenics, fascism, the history of political ideas, and the cultural politics of the right in Britain. I am currently (2016-2019) working on a Leverhulme Trust-funded project entitled Tracing the Holocaust: European History through the International Tracing Service.
