Zhongguo Jindaishi Yanjiu Zhong de “Fanshi” Wenti (中国近代史研究中的“范式”问题) // [The question of the "paradigm" of research on modern Chinese history]

The concept of paradigm delicately fits the modern Chinese history studies in the new era. The main divergency between two paradigms “revolution” and “modernity” are two arguments: history of modern China is the history of revolution or modernity; which paradigm is the main paradigm. After long time arguments, a consensus that different paradigms should mutualaid，coexist instead of replacing formed and brought positive influence on academic research.
