Biography and/or project
I was born in Angola (1954) and I`m living in Portugal since 1975. Professor of Historiography and Contemporary History at the University of Évora, my current research interests are focused on European Social Comparative History (social mobility) and on Southern Africa History “as a all” [Historiography; economic history of Colonial era ; Transnational/Colonial n etworks ( Business; intellectuals; Liberation Movements) and regionalism (1960-1994)]. Prior, my interests understood Portuguese and European Agrarian and Elites History.
