Derrida revoluciona a história? // [Does Derrida make a revolution in history?]

The dichotomy between moderns and postmodern’s thinkers bears in Brazil many troublereadings. They were characterized trough of prejudice views. It was happen with the understanding of Jacques Derrida’s thought, that it had been studied only in academic ghettos, in particular, in the literarystudies area. Would not have a thinker who constituted its work in intense combat with metaphysic worldsomething to teach for historians? This text approach some concepts created by famous Africanphilosopher. We defend that they can contribute decisively to renewal of historical knowledge.
